It is a heritage property and get its name from its scenic site situated on the sloppy rock of small hillock at Vengurla’s seashore. Today this bunglow is a Government official's rest house. It offers panoramic view of Arabian sea. Eminent political leaders, poets, writer and artists had previlege to reside in this graceful bunglow.
